Google Code in red box

Hi,
I've followed instructions all the way through, but cannot locate my Google Analytics code in the source code of my main page of my 365 site.

A couple of things:
  1. I have altered some of the templates like the Tokyo master page
  2. I was not sure if should only copy the google code or that whole jscript code as per the page:
    var _gaq = _gaq || [];
    _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-12341234-1']);
    _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);
(function () {
var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);
})();
